Guest House Fazisi

The family was very nice and helpful despite the language barrier. They helped me out with finding an ATM in town and dropped me off at the bus station (with a fee of course). I wish I could had spent more time at the place but Kutaisi is a place for daytrips. So I was only there in the mornings and at night. Place was clean. The place is about a 15 min walk from the center.

The toilet wasn't working properly and did not flush at one point. I was about to tell the family but it started working again after pressing the flush button multiple times. The shower was also acting weird. No hot water one day then fine the next day. The bed was springy and dated but I slept fine. I would give a higher score if the washroom was working fine consistently. I did want to tell the family about the issues but I was barely there and it started working fine when I got back to the place. All things can be fixed for future guests. Good luck!

The Ladyowner was so kind, ( she speak also italian) wait me at 3.am. The place is close to city center in a very silent and relaxed area, super clean room and confortable bed. The price is 100% worth! Next time i ll stay here again for sure.

Clean rooms, nice and helpful owner and what was the best - affordable price. In this price the quality is excellent.

Fully equipped kitchen. Large rooms. Comfortable beds.

Bathroom connected with toilet without curtain. After showering it was wet everywhere. The hot water in the bathroom could not be controlled, hot or cold (probably from the solar collector with low pressure, which was overwhelmed by the cold water from the mains).

Nino and her family were lovely, helped me in everything I needed, suggested me places to go in Georgia and in other countries around. They were fabulous!! My room was clean and spacious. All the services there were great.
