The place is located right on the beach. Superb view especially from the room on the second floor, but ground floor views is also amazing. Very quiet over night, super noise isolation. Recently built(or seriously renovated). The family that is running this place are unbelievably helpful and kind, and will make sure your stay is maximum comfortable for you

The hotel was a nice little hotel, the staff was really friendly, considerate and helpful. The room we stayed in was brand new. The beach was amazing, very calm and you could swim well in the sea.

The beach feels almost private, and the food is absolutely delicious. It’s a peaceful and quiet retreat, yet just 3km away from the bustling Bentota if you're looking for more activities. Sea View Villa truly feels like heaven on earth, and I'm not exaggerating when I say that.
