WE Hotel, La Lima

I want to request a refund and no one answers on the location. First the address is not what it shows second they send you 4 streets down from where they advertise 3rd some random person meets you at the other location and just brings you in agate 4th they never answer the phones when you need to get a code to enter 5th the street is unsafe and the environment makes you feel unsafe I did not stay there not even one night not even 1 hour and I want my refund back because this is not okay. You basically stealing money from customers advertising something that is not there.

Hotel muito bom perto do aeroporto para quem precisa de um lugar conveniente em San Pedro Sula. As condições da hospedagem estavam excelentes, fica dentro de um condomínio fechado. Quase não tive contato com os funcionários, na chegada me foi passado os códigos das portas e depois disso só vi uma funcionária da limpeza na saída.

Es un engaño total, viajamos en noviembre 2024 y las instalaciones están fatales, no hay regadera como dicen, es un tubo, ni agua caliente, la puerta no tenía Chapa, tuvimos que poner una silla para asegurarla, además estaba sucio y viejo, no volvería me dio miedo, solo la atención del señor del transporte es buena

Nice and close to the airport

It was a little bit noisy, beside the main road. But not too bad.

My experience with WE Hotel was horrible I trusted the Expedia listing, but I found things much different. The unit had no numbering on the door. The proprietor drove me to the unit in her vehicle, so I was unable to orient myself with the hotel's office. It appears that the place I was taken to is a housing unit separate from the hotel itself. I was afraid to go outside because I was not given codes to the door or gate locks. As I look ed around. I saw the unit had not been cleaned. There were empty shampoo bottles, used soap in the shower with hair on it, and used soap in the soap dish by the sink. The faucets and fixtures are corroded or encrusted with mineral deposits. There was a dirty towel behind a door, the tile work in the kitchen is chipped and broken, the floors are dirty, and the floor is stained next to the walls. The main door has gaps of at least 1 cm around its edges between it and the door jamb, and a larger space under the door could pass any type of vermin. Are those blood stains on the curtains? No water flowed from the hot side of the faucets. I needed to take a shower, but the bathroom was unsanitary. I called the office, but no one answered. The taxi drivers warned me customers had similar experiences. The unit was dirty and in disrepair, but the lack of response from the staff, the lack of numbering on the unit, not knowing the codes for the locks, all combined to make me concerned about my personal safety. Don't go here!

Haven't received the booked room, charged extra for shuttle even Booking.com confirmed that the airport shuttle is included.

The owner was very nice and conversational. he picked us up from the airport even though it was very late.

The pictures didn't match the room. Also the pillows weren't very comfortable. My neck was achy after.

Freshly remodeled. Clean, hot water in shower but not in bathroom sink. The best TV I have ever seen. Had Netflix in English

You CANNOT FIND this hotel. Either with the address or name by Google Maps. Both will take you in some residential or light business location no where near this hotel. I entered the name and was standing next to a 10’ tall fence when across street a man came out. I asked him to call. No answer at Bout 8:45 pm. He had me follow him to a guard shack they photographed my drivers license and let me in with directions with about 5 turns. Got lost after #2. Then another guard drove up on his scooter and I followed him. Found the building but no one was there. He called twice, no answer. Then his phone rang with the owner. They gave me the outside door 4 digit code I entered and they gave me the 4 digit code for my room. No way I was going out. My ESIM doesn’t have phone service only data so I couldn’t call. I’ve traveled a lot and this is the worse hotel location and checkin experience I have ever had
