Clean and comfortable. Closer to airport than staying in main city where it can take up to 2 hours to get to airport in traffic. Gated place.

Advertised a restaurant. There is none. Have to walk to a close by Domino's Pizza or further to other places. Shuttle didn't get us at airport, but did get us back, but not free as advertised. Cheaper than a cab though.

property listing not accurate! There is no free shuttle to airport as stated and there is no restaurant onsite as stated. This is NOT a hotel as stated! Hostel maybe? More like a few rooms (no windows) in someone’s house?

I messaged the property ahead of time letting them know my flight was going to come in the middle of the night and landed at around 1:30am. I let them know that I was just needing a place to rest and shower for a couple of hours since I would be leaving again at 9am to the airport. They let me know that that would be fine and they would be waiting for me. However when I finally de planed, made it through customs, and picked up luggage, and drove to the hotel it was like 3am. My Uber driver and I knocked on the door and windows for like 40 minutes with no answer. We both tried calling the hotel over and over with no answer. I messaged them and still no answer. We did note that there were lights on through the window curtains and in the process of us knocking and knocking the lights were turned off. I had no choice but to head back to the airport and sit on a chair unable to really sleep until my flight out.they finally messaged me back between 5-5:30am asking where I was. I responded that I went back to the airport and did not receive any apology back or explanation. I’m extremely disappointed and feel very let down. Extremely unprofessional service and quite frankly did not even have the energy or rest to follow up with a refund right away. Just honestly shocked at the situation.

I loved to stay at this location and I even stayed on my way back from Roatan.

It was a great experience to stayed at this hotel, they picked us up at the airport for a really convenient price. Also, we use the transportation to go out for dinner they dropped us off and picked up on time. They are friendly and thrusting people. I will be staying again.
