Pension Hoshinosuna

西表島で最も良いシュノーケルポイントの目の前。街から離れているので星空がきれい。料金が安い。とても親切。

レンタカーが無いと不便。キッチンや電子レンジが無い。

The location is perfect. There is a walkway down to the beach. The room have plenty of natural light and are very clean. (Water pressure in the showers is high, which was a plus for me) Easy to get to by the local transit if you are planning to (note the bus only runs four times a day). Its adjacency to the Uehara port meant majority of the tours would pick us up and drop us off from the property itself. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful. They assisted suggesting restaurants, helping with requests, setting up reservations. They even drop us off at the port at the end of our stay. They had a restaurant at the rest house. The food was fresh, and delicious.

I really loved the garden and the table outside our room where we had breakfast because it had a stunning view of the palm trees and the sea. Very close to the famous Hosizuna beach. Staff was very kind and welcoming.

Absolutely fabulous location on a lovely beach and near some very nice restaurants (by car) and family run, who were happy to help when asked.

The property is dated and in need of refurbishment. The location is so good which helps offsets this somewhat but the total offering could be much better.

The room was very clean and had an amazing sea view! So lovely! Breakfast and dinner at the restaurant was extraordinary and the restaurant has a very beautiful view over the beach and sea

Charming little guesthouse right next to the Hoshizuna Beach. I had a large tatami room to myself with a private bathroom. Clean and comfortable. It's also within walking (your mileage might vary) distance to some great dinner places. They have a cafe for lunch and drinks too!

The pension is located just in front of Hoshizuna beach. I stayed here 3 nights, very beautiful ocean view from a room I stayed and took a walk to the beach every morning. The staff was very friendly and helped me forecast typhoon

The facilities were old and wifi isn’t available in the restaurant.
