The staff were incredible, really wonderful, friendly and considerate people.

The mozzie net in my room smelt a bit, I didn't get a waterfront cabin and there was rat poo in one corner of my room.

located in garden and close to water for snorkeling. bungalow was large and clean. water bottle refills were available for a small fee so no need to buy bottled water. staff and food were great, and staff were very helpful in organizing transport for us. they also organized a driver and becak to explore the island for a day. wonderful way to see the whole island. great staff!

lactation was nice and the garden very beautiful

the mattress was very uncomfortable. we were a couple and fell to the middle ( really strong). I think for a hotel the sleeping comfort is number one. So a new mattress please
