Great position for our needs, warm welcome and great service.

very nice continental breakfast included. we had the superior bedroom with the bath was very nice size. The owners were very nice. Helpful and accommodating. Right in the town but on a quiet side road . could have asked for breakfast to have been brought to room if we wished which was a nice touch but met friends in the little dining room

Not a great deal to do in Braunton otherwise we would go back to the b and b again though. Small b and b , so didn't warrant a little bar but would have been good to have there too

Lovely attention to small details and a really warm and welcoming feeling. We left something and the hosts were amazing and went the next day!

Decor and facilities

The check in with keys left out for us, the lovely room, with big en-suite with lovely modern facilities. Very comfy single beds and luxury bedding with plenty of cushions and pillows. Also having a chair to sit in for tv was great. Also liked the history of the house in hallway with pictures of previous families who had lived there.

We loved most things, but possibly two chairs for a double room so both adults had one rather than a single chair and window seat. Also a slightly bigger tv to make viewing easier and WiFi password in room so we didn’t have to go downstairs to find it.
