Street parking was OK but could have been difficult.

skirting-boards could have been dusted, particularly in bathroom. I had a sneezing attack related to the bedding - could have been cleaning products, Have had it before but not always!

Really helpful host. We didn't meet but he fixed a booking error on my part which I was very grateful for. Easy to find place, and getting into the chalet was easy to do too. Appreciated the dedicated garden area with table and chairs. Good location close to town. We found parking easily at the time we arrived which was checking in time. Surprisingly well heated for a chalet, so much so we needed to turn it down. Only used kettle, mugs, tea, coffee but there was a microwave and toaster plus air fryer too I believe if required.

Only a double bed, fine for a night or two, but small for us larger folks used to a king.

Easy access at 2130. It was warm with good ventilarion. It was very compact, efficientlyusing every inch of space . The bed was comfortable.

Couldn’t park anywhere. Restricted living area, poor facilities and uninviting. Took one look and went to a hotel.

very well situated. nice and quiet but only a brief walk into town.

Felt a bit odd walking down to the bottom of someones garden for the 'chalet'

Warmer bedroom as the heating was not on nor any been able to switch on. The bed it self could be cleaner and with at least newer bedding. Bedroom had a musty smell due to poor ventilation. The door to the main house was ajar when I first entered the flat and felt there was no privacy my entire stay. I would come back after 8pm at night from visiting my ill relative and the alleyway towards the flat , on the side of the house was very dark as there is no reflector light. I used my mobile phone light. I had paid a cancellation insurance as have two family members with end of life prognosis and needed to leave earlier as requested to days refund by email to the owner. I left the morning of the 10th at 9am but had no reply as yet.
