Le personnel est accueillant. Il y a un service de laverie pour le linge. Il y a de la place pour garer les scooters.

La propreté est moyenne dans les chambres. Les piscines ne sont pas toujours propres. Il y a des espaces entre la porte d'entrée de notre chambre, beaucoup d'insecte et de lézards y sont entrés.
