Outstanding in every way .. beautiful older building with stylish and sympathetic decor .. sumptuous and comfortable bed with high quality bedding. Friendly and welcoming hosts along with an amazing cooked breakfast !

The hosts were very attentive, even before we arrived, letting us know that parking might be a problem due to a football match and to arrive sooner. The breakfast was lovely and was offered more if we wanted. Comfortable beds, adequate storage space and modern bathroom. Lovely views over the park area with horses in the field.

There wasn't anything I didn't like. It isn't right in the centre but it is walkable.

beautiful little b &b and the hosts were very welcoming even giving us a lift into the centre as it was pouring with rain, excellent breakfast, a lovely gem of a place, would recommend to anybody wanting to stay in Lincoln
