Our stay at Mt Barker Bed & Breakfast was absolutely wonderful! The property is beautiful, peaceful, and so welcoming — the perfect place to relax and unwind. Gillian, the owner, is one of the kindest hosts we’ve ever met. She genuinely cares about her guests and goes above and beyond to make sure your stay is perfect. The accommodation itself is spotless — truly one of the cleanest and most comfortable places we’ve ever stayed. We especially loved the “make your own breakfast” concept. The fridge was stocked with a fantastic selection of fresh and delicious ingredients, allowing us to enjoy a leisurely morning at our own pace. We left feeling refreshed, cared for, and already looking forward to our next visit. Thank you, Gillian, for creating such a warm and memorable experience. We can’t wait to come back!

Es ist mit sehr viel Liebe eingerichtet und die Vermieterin ist super freundlich und hilfsbereit.

とても可愛いらしい建物です！靴を脱いで入るので、日本みたいに新鮮でした。 キッチンは共用ですが、十分に器具やお皿等が揃っていて、調味料も用意されていました。キッチンにある部屋ごとの冷蔵庫には、パン、卵やヨーグルトなどが入っていて、自由に使うことができました。オーナーも親切で、とてもフレンドリーでした。2泊しかしなかったのが残念。

This will be our go-to place in the future for the last few days of any trip to Ireland. It's 10-15 minutes to the car rental return at the Dublin airport and it could not have been a more luxurious retreat for our last few days in the country. The host was exceedingly nice and there was everything we could think to need. We had our own refrigerator in the kitchen, and it was stocked with everything we needed for a wonderful breakfast. And the kitchen itself was well stocked with equipment for cooking meals. The bed was extremely comfortable, the bathroom and shower were exceptional, the room was spacious with an eating area and an outdoor terrace. We didn't get an opportunity to go back into Dublin this trip, but it looked like there were several mass transit options to do so just a short distance away, and the host was very helpful and knowledgeable there as well. Also close to shopping and dining in Swords, and there was a great farm market literally just a few hundred feet down the road. We picked it because of proximity to the airport, but it would be a great base for exploring Dublin and the Boyne region.

I wish we had stayed here on our previous trip 2 years ago instead of where we did stay! It was a little nerve wracking turning right out of the property because it's a busy road with limited visibility but the morning we checked out we actually had no problems getting out.

This is a really nice place, but it is located on a very busy road. It wasn’t a problem for us and we ended up liking the “do it yourself” approach to breakfast. There’s also lots of really nice commons space in the house.

Sehr schönes großes Zimmer, sehr komfortabel, bequeme Betten, super ausgestattete Küche, netter Essensraum, netter kleiner Aussenbereich, sehr freundliche Begrüßung. Ganz nah an der Autobahn, dadurch aussen etwas Verkehrslärm, etwas tricky Ausfahrt. Insgesamt aber hervorragend.
