Paolo is a nice host

Everything was perfect except steep staircase in the building. Very hard to climb For breakfast it would be nice to add some eggs and may be cheese.

Camera spaziosa, letti ok, bagno finestrato, colazione buona. La posizione e' in centro storico di Tivoli vicino a ristoranti e pizzerie e un particolare da non sottovalutare camera silenziosa sia nel contesto interno allo stabile sia esterno, i proprietari molto gentili:

Номер находится в центре старого города,удобное расположение если вы хотите посетить главные достопримечательности Тиволи. Если приезжаете на машине, то должны рассчитывать, что парковка будет в другом месте. Мы отдали 16.80 евро/ сутки за парковку в 300 метрах от номера. Номер очень чистый, кровать большая и удобная. Завтрак итальянский. Хозяин был всегда на связи большое спасибо,все вопросы решались быстро.

Это больше замечание:нужно указывать, на каком этаже находится номер. Для людей пожилых и с травмами подниматься на 3 этаж не очень комфортно.

Gran amabilidad en la atencion

The staff was exceptional and went over and above to help us during our stay. Apart from being very welcoming, Sig Paolo did hos best to help us with a lost suitcase after we left the accommodation. We will never forget it. The rooms are spacious and the location is great. Breakfast (italian style) was great and again the lady was kind and friendly

Coffee could be better ;)

The Deluxe Studio was very spacious, clean and bright due to three windows and a little balcony with a view to a wide open backyard and the hills. The breakfast had sweet choices with a diversity of toast, jam, yogurt, croissants, muffins, biscuits and delicious handmade cakes. Breakfast was served by the host Paolo himself and his staff in a little restaurant just around the corner. They only serve breakfast on the roof terrace during the summer months, but you get access to the terrace if you just want to enjoy the sun and the view. Paolo was very kind and service minded and helped with any questions. The location of the studio in the old town and historic center is amazing and near to everything. We really enjoyed our stay. Fantastic location and so comfortable, we loved the roof terrace - great for a sunset and glass of wine! Stunning old building, huge room and very large and comfortable bed.
