Pour ouvrir nos chambres, nous avons dû télécharger une application suite aux conseils du gérant…C’est bien mais il faut avoir les téléphones adéquats et batteries chargées et réseau!!!

The pictures online did not match the actual room at all, and the overall condition of the accommodation was extremely disappointing. There were only around two working plug sockets in the entire room, which was highly inconvenient. On top of that, there was exposed and loose wiring throughout the room. A cable was hanging directly across the top bunk bed from the ceiling, which is an obvious safety hazard, especially in a sleeping area. Another exposed cable near the floor socket appeared unfinished and unsecured, and the TV cable was not even connected to anything. The cleanliness and maintenance standards were unacceptable. There was visible mould and damp staining along the wall near the bunk beds, and signs of water damage on the ceiling. The room also appeared poorly ventilated and generally worn down. The bathroom was in particularly poor condition. The toilet seat was heavily worn and discoloured, and there was visible limescale and staining inside the toilet bowl, making it feel unhygienic. The overall bathroom cleanliness did not meet even basic expectations. The room felt neglected, outdated, and unsafe in places. Given how different the actual condition was compared to the advertised photos, the stay was very poor value for money and not what was expected when booking. I would not recommend staying here unless significant improvements are made to the cleanliness, maintenance, and safety standards.
