It was very clean and in a great location to see the sites and access transit, host was quick to respond

Didn’t have instructions to open the skylight, would have liked a fan for the main floor for air circulation, bottom stair was slanted making it precarious to navigate in the night

The location is very good and central, shops available, bus stop close by, restaurants and pharmacy too.

The double room has a very, very, very strong smell of mould. I understand that it is the rocky ceiling that gives this smell, but it could be cleaned at least once a month to avoid this unbearable smell. One of the guests staying there had asthma, and it was impossible for her to stay in, so we had to bring her mattress to the triple room every night, as no other room was available. For the triple room, the staircase is unsafe and unstable and very narrow. When I read it on other comments, I thought it was just a detail, but it is true. When looking behind the staircase to try to understand why it is so "wonky," we saw that some screws were missing. It was almost impossible to get up on the second floor, let alone bring a suitcase up. The location and cleanliness of this apartment are the only good points, but I wouldn't stay there another time, and I highly advise the owner to take care of these two points as soon as possible.

I got my booking wrong and needed an extra night as I was arriving after midnight due to flight delay. The owners were super helpful! Room no 1 was delightful, cosy but spacious and I awoke to the sound of church bells, which I love. it’s super verbal and I was able to walk to anywhere and everywhere around Cagliari. I rented a bicycle from LA Pedivella right across the street and ride out to the beach via the marina. Room no 3 had some noisy neighbours and wasn’t anywhere near as spacious as no 1 so if you’re a couple I’d definitely choose the latter. Very comfortable and super central location.

The walls were very thin so we were woken up by anybody opening doors in the next room. The bed was very uncomfortable and hard.
