The Beach Cafe

Lovely small family run resort. Luke and Nid made us feel very welcome and comfortable during our stay. The beach was amazing and the safe for kids. Our boys played for hours in the water while we could relax on the beach front loungers. The food from the restaurant was delicious and always came out on time. If you are looking for a more peaceful part of the island to stay, this is the place Would love to return. Make sure you order a giant cocktail!

Wunderschöne Lage an einem traumhaften Strand. Der Vermieter kümmert sich liebevoll um die Details des Resorts und der Instandhaltung der Anlage. Hier kann man das ursprüngliche Thailand erleben.

Wir haben im Restaurant in unmittelbarer Nähe gegessen, da es leider keinen geliebten Sticky Rice für unsere Kids gab.

Dejlige værelser og sødt personale, meget behagelige og venlige. Skønt sted lige ved stranden.

Ærgerligt at opholdet var uden en let morgenmad. Priserne i caféen var lidt for høje. Myggenettet på sengen fungerede ikke rigtig.

Very comfortable bed. But was covered with flea bites or bed bug bites in the morning. The beach is nice.

Unwelcoming and unfriendly owners who seemed focused on money rather any customer satisfaction. Had to ask for water for room. Charged 50 bahht for a large bottle of water.The room was very dark with patio stone flooring which made my feet dirty and picked up cement dust which ended up in the bed. Room overlooked massage and seating area so had to keep curtains constantly closed for privacy. 2 of us complained that the beef tasted off and not quite right and was told that “it was fine”.

i really liked this hotel ,, very rustic easy going beach vibe,, comfortable chill area to eat & rad a book,, you need to hire a bike to get around really,, there's hire places right at the hotel who also will organise transport/bus back to bangkok. Small hotel with only two front rooms,, you really need to get one of them to enjoy it.

We loved everything. We had a fantastic stay at The Beach Cafe. I've been in Koh Chang a couple of times and this is for sure my favourite place. Such a hidden gem with all the holiday luxuries: stay right on the beach, a massage place, stunning bar and restaurant...The food at the restaurant was hands down the best we had. We stayed in the deluxe room with the terrace which was very comfy. Lots of space to hang our towels and clothing. It was also the only accomodation where we could just swim without worrying about rocks and go snorkel around! Surprisingly easy to get around with motorcycle rental right next door and frequent taxis. We ended up staying longer than planned :)!

Loved it .....wanted to stay longer! Perfect island spot ... couldn't have been happier. We have now moved on to a larger resort on the island but would much prefer to be at The Beach Cafe!

All of the staff made us feel welcome, comfortable and at home. They were friendly, helpful and just overall great. The cafe had a wonderful view and easy beach access with lounging chairs to use. The food was excellent. Every dish we tried was of great quality. The room was clean and comfortable and had everything you needed. Highly recommend.
