I liked the location, the hosts were very helpful and I liked the fact the place was seay from the busy main road.

I didn’t have the biggest room.

Fijne kamer en zeer gastvrije host/familie. Wij konden de kamer langer aanhouden tegen een zeer redelijk bedrag vanwege de nachtvlucht. Op loopafstand van het strand en hoofdstraat.

It was exceptionally clean, in a great location, with delicious breakfast everyday. The family who run it are so kind, warm and welcoming and accommodating. The New Year’s tea & treats was a wonderful surprise. Highly recommend this accommodation to others.

Good location, nice owners, the room was very humid, the smell did no go away even with open door.

Really good location, in a quiet street, 5minutes to beach, 10minutes to harbor for whales watching trips. The owner was so kind to us, she prepared us late breakfast, let us keep in our backpacks until late afternoon and arranged a tuk tuk for a good price. Thanks so much! I would be happy to stay again.

Great location near to everything but lovely and quite too. Watching the wildlife from the balcony in the morning while having a fabulous home cooked Sri Lankan breakfast was a treat too

Lovely host, clean, good breakfast and in ideal location

A wonderful family who welcomed us as if we were at home. Breakfast is traditional, varied and very tasty. The air conditioning works and the rooms are very clean. The location is great, near the beach and a few minutes' walk from the main street.

Really good value for money. The air con worked very well and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was very tasty (eggs, muffin, fruit). The location was great- really close to all of the nice beach bars and restaurants but far enough away that we got sleep. The balcony overlooking the jungle was a bonus. The host was very pleasant. We would have gladly stayed longer.

We only stayed a night so it didn't bother us but simple instructions on how to use the shower would be helpful as there were two showers in the bathroom and we didn't know how to work the good one. The bed is central in the room so you don't have a bedside table but again, for one night this wasn't a big issue. Of note we had to pay cash which we were not expecting as we have paid card in most other places.
