Great position in the middle of the island. Yef, the owner, very helpful.

Direkt an der Durchgangsstraße, deshalb von morgens bis abends ziemlich laut.

The location was decent - pretty central. The bed was reasonably comfortable. That's it.

There were two main issues with my stay. First, I asked about upgrading my room and was told it would be $600b more a day. I later checked on booking and it would have cost me $800b to upgrade for three days, meaning they tried to gouge me for an extra $1000b. The second thing occurred on the last day I was there, I had a shuttle booked for mid-afternoon and had paid through to the next day, so they were already getting the room back early. Apparently that wasn't good enough for the shirtless guy who barged into my room an hour before my shuttle got there, demanding I get out so he could clean. After each of us told the other to get out multiple times, I finally just planted myself on the bed and refused to leave. He moved around, tidying (and grumbling) for a bit before finally leaving. Again, I was paid through to the next day. I have never once had something like this happen in decades of travel. There was also the issue of trying to get my passport back (they had it for a scooter rental). The shirtless guy and I were on speaker with the owner, who was trying to explain where it was. I finally found it - completely unsecured in an office that anyone was hardly ever in - tucked inside a binder. The reason I asked for the upgrade was that I wasn't really happy with the basic ground-floor room. It was adjacent to a vacant lot and a LOT of bugs were coming in. I also didn't love that my 'balcony' was actually more a very small patio that sits directly in the sun most of the day, making it all but worthless. My room also smelled like a sewer after accidentally leaving the bathroom door open while gone for the day. If the attempt to gouge me had been it, I might have let it go since we didn't get off to a great start after I got dropped at the wrong location, and that may have been why he tried to rip me off. Once the thing with the shirtless guy trying to throw me out early happened, there was zero chance I wasn't putting this review up.

The location is very good. The room is very spacious, modern and clean. The bed is very comfortable and we had such a good sleep, as there was no noise from the road. You have the water refill station downstairs too.

There could be extra supplies for toilet roll or new towels. The staff is not present at all time

le ménage pas fait en 5 jours , il faut demander le changement de serviette autrement on reste avec la même. il faut demander le papier toilette et le savon quand il y en a plus

Cozy room, great-working A/C, very clean (when we arrived), we really like spending time there after whole day being outside ;) everything was there: shampoo, soap, hair-dryer, fridge. We spent 8 night insted of 2 :)

Staff wasn’t very helpful… it was hard to reach te host to ask for anything… they made up room 1 time (we stayed 8 nights) :( Localization was okey, but you need scooter. But still - we liked it.

very clean and comfortable place, air conditioning was modern and quiet. Beach at 3min walking with nice places to chill and very cosy at night.

I bit too noisy with the main road aside

Grande chambre avec balcon privé, vue sur la nature où vous pouvez même voir des singes 🐵 Excellent établissement pour séjourner à Koh Lanta avec un très bon petit déjeuner pris dans le restaurant d'en face.
