This is the second time we have stayed at this hotel and cannot fault in.

The hotel is ideal for the value and Brillant location

There was no breakfast,

There was a few families who checked in the hotel at around 11pm, and were making a lot of noise, shouting to each other through open doors, and children screaming, It went on for so long, i had to get out of bed to ask them to please quiet down, I would have thought the staff at the hotel would know that amount of noise was un-acceptable so late at night, and should have spoken to those guests.

Hotel is nicely located close to many restaurants and also on walking distance to the beach. Rekha in the reception is very helpful and available and acted quickly when on arrival the bedsheets and towels were not clean, when the A/C stopped working, when the water was missing one day, and also assisted with moving around in Goa. She really keeps the hotel together.

The room is very basic and installations slightly outdated, and as mentioned cleanness level is not top. Also, the rooms are not too well isolated when it comes to sound. Although issues are solved quickly, it would be better to prevent the issues with a more proactive approach. All by all overpriced for the quality delivered at least with high season prices. Maybe outside the high season the price-quality is more correct.

Location was great right by beach and in the middle of Candolim. The staff catered to our every needs and was really nice. They went the extra mile with our baby, allowed us to supplement the breakfast offering with outside food and provided cutlerely and whenever we had a problem they were proactive and diligent.

Some facilities require some renovation. Like the bathrooms in certain rooms of our group and the WiFi was spotty to use
