Czas świetności obiektu minął. Wąskie schody , bez windy a na tych schodach jeszcze kwiaty więc z bagażami trochę wyzwanie. Restauracja na dole ale co ciekawe - chciałam jajka sadzone - nie ma. A omlet był . 5 minut po mnie para obok otrzymała jajka sadzone. Obsługa niezbyt pomocna

I like that the room was not a small room like a standard hotel room. The bathroom was good and clean

I booked a lake view room they put in the other room, and when I asked about it, they explained their was a water issue, but I did not like that they did not notify me in advance, especially since I booked it because it said lake view I had to carry my bags up the stairs to reach the room The staff did not speak any English, which made it really hard to communicate When you arrive by train there is no taxi to get you their and because they spoke no English they could not help me with that

The stuff are unfriendly, and most of them don‘t speak english. We reserved lake view rooms, they gave us rooms with street view and claimed the lake view has no water, even though there were other guests there. The facilities are so poor and uncomfortable.

No lift, stuff is unfriendly, I didn’t get the room which i book , i booked a lake view room but they gave me a room on the street, the noise level was high
