Syvongsack Guesthouse

One of the more comfortable beds we’ve had, warm shower. They do provide breakfast and lunch for the slowboat and pick you up at the pier.

We booked here because it was close to the pier to catch the slow boat in the morning and when we arrived they drove us past the stay, way out of town to some bungalows. We said this wasn’t what we booked and they said it was the same, after some more communication they did move us to the other location but we did hear from others that the same happened to them and they were left to be driven into town for dinner & to the pier in the morning. Just to beware. The staff did end up handling it but after a bit of a stink on our end.

When booked, it was written properly within few 100 m of boat pear. When we reached they shifted us to another property which was 15 minutes away.

There was no reception. No information. We were at our own after keys were handed

Price, bed was hard but I like hard beds, hot water and AC worked good

Location wasn’t great

Si, muy acogedor. Si bien la imagen muestra un edificio , ellos te llevan (al menos en nuestro caso) a una estancia a unos muy pocos km. No tienes que preocuparte por nada , te llevan y te traen al centro o desde la terminal del aloe boat . La cabaña que nos dieron estaba súper bien, tenía aire acondicionado , agua caliente , te venden desayuno y la comida para el día siguiente a muy buen precio

Nada, la verdad que para pasar una noche está súper bien

It was good value for money, basic but did the job for the night. Also provided breakfast and lunch for extra charge for the next day on the boat. Staff picked us up and dropped us to the pier

We were at the guesthouse that was quite far out of town, about a 10 min drive. This wasn’t advertised so although we were able to get shuttled there and back it was quite restricted. Not very clear about times we needed to get dropped off either but everything worked out okay and we made the boat in good time.

Le ménage pas fait l'éclairage de la chambre très fort pas d'éclairage de chevet pas de mobilier ni de porte manteau

They provided shuttle pick up and return to boat, also back into town for dinner and return. Left charger in room and they went out of their way to bring it to me while I was holding a seat on the boat. Liked very much.

Les seuls intérêts sont l’emplacement et le prix

Mais même pour le prix: accueil et attentions inexistantes sauf pour faire payer. Locaux défraîchis, sans aucune attention esthétique. La terrasse où faire sécher du linge est un dépotoir.

Prix correct, bien placé
