ホテルのスタッフさんがとても親切です。広くて素敵なインテリアのロビー&朝食場所には、コーヒーやお菓子が常に置いてあって利用でき、センスがよいお部屋も清潔で、ベッドのマットも高品質なものでした。

窓の外は隣の建物ですが、部屋が広くて上質なカーテンですので、外が見えなくても気にならないです。すべてよかったです。

Carlotta was excellent! We have traveled through Italy and stayed in many different places. Carlotta far exceeds the level of communication we typically receive and is much needed when traveling to a new location. The rooms and the building were beautiful, the shuttle was on time and perfect for our needs to and from the airport. We had massages, and Marcello was an excellent Masseuse. The breakfast was excellent, the best during this trip. The staff was friendly and the location was good for walking to most anything. Very busy and dense location.

The toilet scrubber that is connected to the toilet paper dispenser was filthy with dirty water in it ;( The bed was not super comfortable.

Beautiful rooms and great service

Suite 1 right on a noisy road with shouting going onto 2am in the morning . Also internet largely didnt work

The rooms are very spacious, set in a charming old palazzo in a great location, with beautiful volumes. The décor is simple, elegant, and pleasant. The staff is extremely kind and always helpful. A special mention for the spa, which is truly lovely. I highly recommend it.

We really enjoyed this hotel. The staff was great and the location is perfect.

The Wi-Fi was poor, and it was noisy at night due to something inside the hotel, not the street traffic.

The hotel was hard to find. Once we found it the entrance looked like an abandoned building. It was a large empty lobby for what looked like an old office building. The only lighting was from one window in the back. My wife had a panic attack once the entry door closed. Therefore we ended up finding another hotel
