Divisi Suites & SPA

Struttura molto bella; sono disponibili 6 suite all'interno di un palazzo storico recuperato parzialmente mantenendo lo stile del contesto storico. la sensazione che resta è di aver dimorato a casa propria ma in una dimora di altri tempi . Colazione molto buona e macchina per caffe e tisane sempre disponibili nel salone per gli ospiti Grande disponibilità da parte della responsabile Carlotta che con estrema professionalità ti guida nelle scelte dei luoghi da visitare rendendo la permanenza ancora più piacevole

Nella zona bagno della nostra stanza erano del tutto assenti ganci o appendini per accappatoi e teli doccia che abbiamo dovuto appoggiare sui lavabi; sempre nel bagno non era presente un kit di cortesia con cuffia e dischetti di cotone. sono piccole cose che però considerando la fascia in cui questa struttura si vuole collocare dovrebbero tener presente

Carlotta was very helpful and accommodating! Lovely property. Only problem was entrance is a little hard to understand unless you know beforehand.

Loved the old “palace” feel and the rooms were spacious and luxurious. Bed was super comfortable! Location was perfect - waking distance to most of the sights and the Lidl was just a stones throw at the end of the street. Short distance from the train station. Staff were very helpful. There is a gym and Sauna apparently as well but we didn’t have time to use it, staying only one night

On a side street behind a wooden door and up a flight of stairs, a whole level turned into a series of suites. Staff very friendly and helpful, modern bathroom and huge room. Make time to book an house in the Spa after a busy day exploring Palermo. Breakfast was adequate but the selection quite tasty. Very close to the main walking streets and markets, and train station. I would stay here again.

This property is well located for exploring the city. Carlotta was so helpful and made us feel very welcome. The room was beautiful and well equipped for my husband, two teenagers and I to stay.

Mooie kamer, super ligging om alles te voet te doen vanuit het hotel, lekker ontbijt, vriendelijk personeel, rustig gelegen

Om met de auto bij Divisi suites te geraken is bijna onmogelijk. Druk, autovrije zones, smalles straten. We hebben gezweet. Er wordt geadviseerd naar een parking in de buurt te gaan, maar dat is ook niet simpel en men spreekt er enkel Italiaans. prijzen zijn onduidelijk. Als uitbater zou ik hiervoor een oplossing zoeken. Nml samenwerking met een parking. Op voorhand in prijs van kamer rekenen, maar dan ook vervoer voorzien tussen parking en suites. De klant echt beter ondersteunen hiermee.

Luxe sfeer en aardig personeel. Heel goed ontbijt en goede ligging.
