Based on local tax laws, Peruvian citizens (and foreigners staying more than 59 days in Peru) must pay an additional fee of 18% .To be exempt from this 18% additional fee (IVA), a copy of the immigration card and passport must be presented. Please note both documents are required for fee exemption. Guests who are not able to present both documents will be required to pay the fee. Foreign business travelers who require a printed invoice, will also be charged the additional 18% regardless of the length of their stay in Peru. This fee is not automatically calculated in the total costs for the reservation. We offer a free shuttle service to and from the center of Paracas every day. We are an eco-friendly accommodations, made from ecological and reusable materials. In addition, we offer private rooms with hot water and 24-hour Wi-Fi, and we also have a private garage at no additional cost (within the same facilities) and we are PET FRIENDLY as well.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Payment before arrival by bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. It's recommended to bring your own vehicle since this property is not serviced by public transportation. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. A deposit may be required at the property.

"Great stay in the desert"

An Oasis in the desert of Paracas. Great semi-camping experience. Great atmosphere, clean and comfi rooms. Super friendly staff. Amazing value for the price

"Great staff, property, food!"

The stay was amazing. The staff were great and truly professional and kind. They offer tours, free shuttle to the city centre, free hot drinks in the afternoon, and breakfast, lunch and dinner at an additional cost. Great location, very peaceful. The shower was great, and so was the bed. Great vibes, and free second drink during happy hour! Also stable internet for remote work.

As I needed to work remotely, the communal area was not a great option as there were tents there and I didn't want to disrupt anyone's sleep (this is not necessarily an issue, unless one works odd hours like me!)

Very relaxing place outside of Paracas! Had the feeling of camping but with a comfy bed and a hot shower. The common area is great to meet fellow travelers and share some drinks if you want to. It’s too far outside to walk to Paracas but the hosts offered to drive us to and from the town. We also booked a tour with them, highly recommended!

The first and last drive to/from Paracas is not included

"Right at home"

The place is very nice and clean and the hosts will do everything to make you feel at home and comfortable. There are various places to chil, and they are very flexible and will try to suit your requests. I had an medical issue and Odon and Esteban drove me (on their free day) to a doctor and made several phone calls to make sure I've got the best treatment possible. Getting medical issues is never fun while traveling but when it happens this was a good place to be. Would recommend this place!

If you are looking for a hide out to relax, a base to explore the wonderful Islas Balestas und the Natinal Reserve, and a place to meet the friendliest host and people, this is your place to be. We felt so comfortable that we stayed longer. Thank you Odon, Mili and Esteban for the wonderful time!
