Śniadania nie podawane w formie "szwedzkiego stołu" tylko "przydział" do stolika,brak ekspresu, monotonne obiady bez wyboru innej opcji chociażby drugiego dania.

Pyszne śniadania.

From the good, we can highlight a good location which is located near the Sea Eye where we planned to hike, also you can take dogs there and this is a big plus considering that we were with our dog, it was worth us an additional 35 PLN per day of payment for the animal. I also liked the SPA in the hotel, a really cozy, clean and pleasant place where you can relax and spend a couple of hours to restore your body and mind. In addition, we had a good view of the mountains from the balcony.

I want to express my complete disappointment with the way we were treated upon arrival. We came after a long trip, tired, with luggage and a dog, and instead of being welcomed, we were told we were “not on the list,” even though I immediately showed our confirmed reservation in the Booking.com app with the correct dates. Your receptionist refused to even consider the official reservation details because they were “not in Polish.” This is absolutely unacceptable for a hotel that works with international guests. After my wife translated the entire reservation into Polish, the receptionist still ignored the information and relied only on a handwritten, crumpled A4 sheet, where our names were missing. Based on that, she treated us as if we didn’t exist and even suggested we leave. Only after calling someone did she suddenly find another sheet of paper claiming we were supposed to arrive a day earlier and leave a day earlier. Again wrong information. The Booking confirmation was clear and correct from the start, yet your staff continued to insist it was our mistake. Eventually, we were told “Fine, check in and we’ll figure it out later” – without a single word of apology for the stress, wasted time, and humiliation we experienced. Later, during our stay, nobody acknowledged the mistake or apologized. This is not just unprofessional – it’s a complete failure of basic hospitality standards. Guests should never be treated this way. It would be highly appropriate to install a proper computer system at reception and hire a younger, qualified employee who will treat guests with full respect and provide proper assistance instead of creating unnecessary problems. Additional issues: • There was no hand soap in the room. • One of the towels was torn. • Only one light bulb in the entire room worked. • At breakfast, there were no basic items like eggs. These are completely unacceptable conditions for a hotel that charges guests for accommodation.

Páčilo sa mi že hotel nebol pri hlavnej ceste tým pádom nebol taký hluk. Bola tam krásna príroda a zvieratká. Izba pekná, čistá nemali sme problém

Nepáčilo sa mi stravovanie a pristup pani čašníčky. Hnusná, arogantná. Myslím si že nemať stravu vo forme švédskych stolov v dnešnej dobe.. dosť zastaralé ( čo ti priniesli mal si zjesť, ani oboznámenie čo bude na raňajkách alebo večeri)
