Cleanliness, nice and friendly owners, and location. Owners dropped me at the EV charging station and pick it up even though it was very late in the night.

The bathroom is private but not attached to the room.

It was clean.

It felt very dated, like sleeping in a storage room. Other rooms were all piled up with old furniture. There was a concealed door to the bathroom which opened from the other side onto an office/storage room but was locked after our arrival. There was more furniture than necessary in the room, including 2 large broken TVs.

The apartman was clean, cozy, comfortable and well-equpped. The host was really helpful.

Clean room and comfortable beds. Very nice and receptive host. Close to the high way.

A bit too pricey

The property was nice and spacious, suitable for a family. Although clean throughout, I wouldn’t give it a 10. It had loads of beds, sofas, a small kitchen, with fridge, table, wireless and a TV. Not so much attention to details (ie a spare TV stored in the room). The host was nice and helpful

Cheating host. Upon arriving on-site, we agreed that the reserved property didn't satisfy the advertised requirements. It was advertised as a multi-room apartment, but you get a single room with multiple beds. They moved someone out of the room to await us. The washing machine inside was running, and someone else had used the room before us without cleaning it. It all smelled like an animal shelter. We agreed that we would get a 100% refund, but they refunded only 50%, scammed us, and stopped responding to our messages.
