Great location with good reccomendations from the host for restaurants and activities in the area.

The elevator is old and a little bit shady but nothing to bad 😁

The property is exactly what you see in the photos, sparkly clean and comfortable. Carla met me at the door to show me around and made recommendations for dining and sightseeing The kitchen area was very modern with any appliance you would want and the breakfast was a varied assortment of pastry, cereals, breads , coffee and teas. Just wonderful, fridge stocked with water and juice. It was a wonderful experience for me after a long day of travel, plenty of hot water on a spacious shower Carla is a sweet and generous host.

The room was clean and Clara was a good host. We had a couple of question regarding where to eat in the city and she gladly sent us a couple of restaurants to choose from. We had a little balcony to hang up our clothes from the beach.

We stayed for two nights. The breakfast the next day was nothing special. Mostly little sweet pastries (such as pie with jam and little dry biscuits). When we arrived in the common area to have breakfast, there wasn’t any bread left for us. Therefore the next day we decided to go out and eat somewhere in the city. The bed was making some cracking sounds and when we looked into it the bed was coming appart.. and some beds slats were completely out. We did not have the best night of sleep there.

Just to say something, maybe the breakfast can be improved, putting more options.

Very comfortable bed, excellent shower facilities and very clean. Good location

Unfortunately the air conditioning system was not working and the weather was exceptionally hot (>35°) so uncomfortable nights. Our host apologised for the inconvenience and was trying to get it fixed, she supplied us with a fan during our stay.

Great breakfast and very easy to get to the bus and train station. The tram stopped very close to the apartment. The historic centre of Sassari was within easy walking distance. Carla was a fantastic host. She answered our questions quickly and access to the apartment was very easy. We thoroughly enjoyed talking to Carla and learning about Sardinia.
