Riverside Cottage B&B

A reasonable price for a very unique and beautiful location. Lynmouth at its best. Right at the heart of things, yet with peaceful views of river, park, harbour and sea. Minutes on foot from everything of interest, including cliff railway up to Lynton. Great starting point for walks up to Watersmeet, Valley of the Rocks and beyond. Know this area well, but have never stayed in such a unique and well-located property.

Occasional cooking smells on balcony from associated 'Meat Hub' business, but the connection between the two businesses is probably economically essential to providing such an otherwise delightful room and great breakfast at a decent price.

The balcony was wonderful, the views amazing, could have sat there all day and night. The staff were wonderful and friendly, and the breakfasts very good

The walls were stud walls and you could hear everything our neighbours were saying, the sound proofing terrible, but thankfully they were quiet and considerate, may have been very different if they hadn't been. The double bed is the smallest size so we didn't sleep well, we are used to a big double

Very clean and well stocked tea/coffee in the room. Great location, central to the town with a nice view over the river and out to sea. Great breakfast. Lovely staff.

Room was a bit dated/tired (wallpaper peeling at corners etc.) It was very warm the night we stayed so a fan in the room would have been very welcome.

Breakfast was great, location was even better staff were very friendy & helpfull they .made the holiday a great holiday
