Riverside Cottage B&B

Deb was the most wonderful host. Our disabled dog was staying with us and she was more than happy to accommodate for his pushchair. Breakfast was delicious and filling and the location and views are unbeatable.

The breakfast was great with a broad choice. Debbie & Dan were very welcoming hosts. Even though our visit was at the end of March, thanks to the blankets thoughtfully left out, we weee able to make good use of the beautiful balcony.

Lovely warm welcome from Debbie, lovely lady. Nice clean room comfortable bed.excellent shower. The meat hub attached to riverside the food was excellent and reasonably priced. Breakfast was delicious, good selection to choose from. Service was excellent. Hope to go back soon.

Friendly staff, good view and location, great breakfast, balcony

Room quite compact

Breakfast was lovely, location perfect , wish the weather was nicer to be able to sit on balcony with nice view . Friendly owners , lovely log burner . Bathroom quite small and not many places to hang coats etc . That’s the only 2 things otherwise a lovely stay

More space or hooks to hang things and you could hear everything in next doors room .

Quiet location, room a good size and a very good breakfast (granola, fresh fruit salad making a very welcome appeareance)

The street in the address isn’t where the entrance is, which was a bit confusing.

the most beautiful little b&b, our 3rd year staying and still absolutely love it!! perfect room and views. pretty much bang in the middle of lynmouth, come and go as you please. breakfasts are delicious as is the meat hub (front of property) for evening food. Our happy place.

Such a beautiful place , rarely do you find somewhere unspoiled . The moors , dramatic scenery and National trust locations along with good local pubs make this an outstanding location. The Host's are lovely and the harbour estuary view , with matching soundtrack is evocative and calming in equal measure

Leaving , we could have easily filled a longer stay with more coastal waking and good food and ale
