Personale gentile

Nonostante avessimo prenotato una stanza superior ci hanno assegnato la stanza più piccola con bagno microscopico senza serratura e con porta che non chiudeva completamente…senza bidet (con scomodissima doccetta), senza posto per poggiare gli effetti personali, water con sistema elettrico che faceva un rumore tremendo di giorno e di notte.
