Vila Restaurant Sofia

Good value for money, very kind receptionist. Smooth, hassle free check in. Nice bakery and restaurant around the corner, free parking.

Facilities could do with a bit of improvements, but overall it wasn't a bad experience.

Hotel was good value and central town location

Exactly what you'd expect when you see the price. They were okay with the late arrival (we were on a moto trip and did not count in the time zones) There's a "hidden" private parking space because the building is located between other buildings. Short walk to bakery, nothing more to say as we arrived at 10pm and left at 6am.

Wasn't the cleanest room, but it was okay. Bathroom had no shower curtain. AC was not working so it was hell of a hot night 😂

Horrible smell in all rooms (we booked 3), lights were not working, no one was there of course, they just told us which rooms are ours and the keys were in the door. Well..2 were, 1 was missing so we couldn't lock the door; the host just advised us not to leave anything valuable in that room :)) Nothing seemed to be clean, it was the worst accomodation we've ever booked. However, it.s pretty cheap (due to the above), and if you need to stay the night because of an event in Marghita or something, you don't really have a choice. However, if the cab home in the city or a different village is the same price or cheaper, I highly recommend you go home and don't sleep in this mess...
