Reception opening hours are from 09:00 to 14:00. Outside this hours guests must collect the keys in the Venecia Restaurant. One minute away from the accommodations. C/ Luis Morote. Check-in is not possible after midnight. Please note that any extra beds needed must be requested in advance, using the Special Requests Box during the booking process. Please note that pets are only allowed upon prior request. Towels are changed daily, except Sundays. El precio estaba bien, admitieron mi solicitud alojarme en la planta alta y respondieron a todas mis preguntas. Era un alojamiento tranquilo, aunque hubo mucho ruido del exterior, pero en eso no tienen ellos nada que ver. Y me agrado el aroma de las toallas, se veían limpias y sin ese olor a lejía que suelen tener las toallas en otros alojamientos.

La habitación estaban bien, para un alojamiento de paso, aunque como digo, recomiendo pasar la noche con la ventana cerrada y sucumbir al calor, porque la zona es muy ruidosa por el tráfico de la noche. La habitación estaba limpia, a excepción de alguna mancha en las sabanas y colcha. Recomendaría, poner en el baño estante para los utensilios de higiene personal y cambiar la cortina por una mampara.
