Reception opening hours are from 09:00 to 14:00. Outside this hours guests must collect the keys in the Venecia Restaurant. One minute away from the accommodations. C/ Luis Morote. Check-in is not possible after midnight. Please note that any extra beds needed must be requested in advance, using the Special Requests Box during the booking process. Please note that pets are only allowed upon prior request. Towels are changed daily, except Sundays. Sheets are changed on the 3rd day of your stay.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Managed by a private host A deposit may be required at the property.

For the price it does what it says. The hotel is extremely clean and nicely maintained

Arrival is a bit of a stress as I booked from the airport but the lady over the phone did understand.

Sencillo pero funcional para el uso que necesitaba. Todo super limpio , habitación y baño renovados.

Por mencionar alguna cosa, la almohada era muy baja para mí, pero puse algo debajo y dormí perfectamente.
