Location

At reception it was a kitchen staff member greeting me. Then showing me my room. The room bed was untidy, shower and bathroom was in bad shape. Room smelled like smoke. Before I could say anything the guy walked and said enjoy your stay. I think I was so surprised that it did not emmediately complained.. I returned later to complain and cancel but no one was at reception. I left the keys and booked alternative accommodation. Asked to consider a refund, even partially but it was declined.
