David and Juana were very friendly and helpful. Dinner on 2ndnight cooked by Juana was delicious and very reasonable at 14Euros. Room large and clean overlooking the small pool. LaParata Restaurant next door is excellent and good value.

Road up to the hotel was very rough and steep but David informed us that there was a much better road and to ignore the satnav.

Quiet location across the road from the excellent La Parata restaurant. Lovely friendly owners/staff. Small pool and sunloungers Basic but clean en suite rooms with balcony Asked owner to get a taxi for us to the Playa and he offered to drive us there and pick us up later in the evening

Access to the bedroom area was via a small ramp....not a problem for us but could be for someone with a walking difficulty.... although there was a handrail

we loved the hosts, location, very comfortable bed and quiet surroundings. very friendly people, fresh food, great coffee 🫶

Swimming pool nice but only a few sunbeds available

Shower area in room needed upgrading.

Breakfast was very good, host was very friendly. Home cooked food very good, no menu just ask for what you want.

The steep bendy roads up to the house.

Great hosts. Breakfast was a real bonus. Lovely quiet environment away from the main road of Mojacar.
