Clean and very comfy bed

Location and lack of hot water

Spacious room. Huge soft bed and pillows. A smart TV (= child free time for me)

No personal service. If I didn't have a phone plan I would have been stranded- as I had to ring the owner to arrange entry. Assistance was requested with getting a wifi signal on my phone, but none was provided. No breakfast available as advertised.

I didn't like a thing about this place. I dont recommend this to anyone.

First of all, it says here in Booking that check-inn is possible until 22:00, but apparently check-inn is only possible during the opening time of the small kiosk at downstairs. I arrived 19:30 and the shop was still open so I got key from there, after I had called the owner multiple times asking for instructions how to check-in, since I didnt get any information about that beforehand. After me a group of 2 persons arrived at 20:15 and the shop already closed at 20:00. The owner didnt bother to come back to the Guest house to let these people in, eventhough they had a reservation. These guests tried to call the owner more than 10 times, and in the end the owner started to decline their calls. These persons waited outside more than 1 hour for some one to come to bring the key of their room. In the end, they left cryin to look for another place to stay. Secondly, the area is very restless because all the local drunkards hang around the guest house front door all day long, drinkin beer and vodka they bought from the kiosk. They were harassing me and other guests, and fighting and shouting all night long at the yard. I didn't feel safe in my room.
