"For my experience I can definitely say to avoid the budget room as is as big as a broom cupboard."

The host was friendly and welcoming.Extremely clean place. Easy parking off the street.

Pocket sized room far too pricey for what it is. Unfortunately after reading my honest review the host decided to retaliate responding with a pack of lies. What a way to run a business. She asked for a positive review well before staying there, which she did not get.

A warmly welcome from the owner, explained everything thoroughly. Great value for money! Will highly recommend. The room was exceptional, bathroom spotless. If I could give this 20 stars I will without hesitation.

There was absolutely nothing we did not like.

Nice and quiet and clean, perfect spot to recharge for the night! Parking was easy on the main road and close to the beach. Owner was lovely and helpful

"A lovely, comfortable, affordable place to stay with easy access to the newhaven dieppe ferry line."

Nicky was so welcoming and nice. We had a very early ferry the next morning and there was no issue with checking out early. The room was perfect, the bathroom was clean and there were little automatic lights in the hallway and stairs.
