Nice beds, very nice lady, very welcoming, gave us a lot of tips and very sweet. outside of the rooms there is a lot of space for when you are with multiple people

it is a little bit far from the center, but for us that was what we wanted

Fresh, spacious and very clean room, strong wi-fi, big 4k TV, shower and toilet are fine, AC works smooth, excellent beddings. Each floor has common dinning area with refrigerator. Quiet and unique coffee shop at the second floor. The Grasshopper touch is everywhere. Street food, public transport, taxi are right there. All this is a surprise for me as I've been to many hotels in Thailand and they usually lack something nevertheless the price you pay (low water pressure, weak wi-fi...). On the top of all, the owner is very eager to help and fix any issues. We had trouble with the location provided by Booking.com that was not her fault but she offered us solutions that many places wouldn't. And finally she forced Booking.com to correct the location. Good job!

There is some noise coming from neighbors equipment maybe. Didn't bother us at all and we slept well but for some sensitive ears might be an issue.
