Kay Jay Beach House - Pasikudha

Amazing location several kilometers of perfect beach with golden sand no rocks and good sea for swimming. The property is very close to the beach and our room looked over it and we could hear the waves. Wi Fi and air conditioning worked well and the staff were kind . Breakfast was ok.

The pool is a plunge pool not a swimming pool and dangerous with uneven steps and damaged tiles. There is no actual restaurant it is a communal table in the lobby. No bar available. The whole place is grubby and needs a good clean, dirty curtains and windows. Stained linen. Many of the fittings need replacing. Bathroom taps and window locks and sliders substandard .There are constantly cows in the gardens so often cow muck on the ground. We found this cute but unhygienic .

Facilities and modern property. Staff were super friendly. Nice clean beach out front and short walk to restaurants and bottle shop

No negatives. This place is amazing!

Wow - we are so glad we stayed here, we thought we may have been a bit too far out of the main area, but was so glad that we were in the end! We had the beach to ourselves, with nobody for miles, the pool was superb and staff were great.

Great breakfast to chose and great staff, friendly and very helpful!

From the dining area we could see and hear the sea. It was magical. The food was delicious and the staff did everything to make us comfortable and happy. We loved staying here!

Nothing to fault.
