"disappointed 😞 self catering twin room ."

nothing- the room tv was small, and only few basic open view channels, way over priced for what we had. the pillow cases stained & beds to low. bathroom was acceptable but needs improvement, and charging extra for towels was redicolous. parking an issue. very uncomfortable 😕 room, worst I have ever experienced and we travel alot. The man who met us, was friendly and helpful.

The lady from the office was very very rude,the racial discrimination in these places when u call it's utterly disgusting. Her attitude and the wat she spoke to me,was disgusting and for the fact that we book and pay them. It's like as if you are begging.
