"Great location and lovely room"

The location was perfect, it was a short walk to the Barbican. The room had a great view, a comfy bed, and an en suite. It also provided coffee and a fridge which was a nice touch. I would stay again!

The parking was a little tricky as it is on the main road but not impossible. Luckily there were spaces. The room I was in wouldn't be suitable if you can't do stairs as there are quite a few flights.

Owner went above and beyond to settle me in for my stay. I really enjoyed everything about my stay. The price was exceptional for a stay in the middle of plymouth. Just 10 minutes or so from the barbican, mutley plain, drake's circus, station and around 5 minutes to the University.

I can't think of anything!

Sizeable room with hot drinks making facilities and a shower room. Comfy bed and pillows. Friendly welcome.

I was a bit cold during the night. It would have been nice to have blankets available in the drawers. I also missed having a bath mat and hand soap. However, the owner provided a heater and everything else was great.
