Central location with parking .Room great and breakfast good quality with various options. Hosts very friendly and doing a brilliant job at there new venture.

Nothing all great

I have booked this property for 5 nights of stay from 18-23 June. I am traveling alone and Sam, Chris and their sons made me feel at home here and they have been kind to me. I have booked a double room for the first 2 nights and I could not get a room for the 3rd night though I could get a single room on the 4th and 5th night. Sam was kind enough to offer me a room for the 3rd night and she upgraded my room on the 4th and 5th night to a double room! The family gave me tips on what to do and where to go for yummy food! Chris is also an excellent cook! I hope to come back here again! Thank you so much for having me and I wish you every success in running this hotel!

Wife said mattress was too soft. Parking very tricky.

We really enjoy our stay. Owner’s are so serviceminded and sweet. Breakfast is great… a lot to chose between and freshly made. Lobby very cosy with a fireplace, candle lighted and nice relaxing chairs to enjoy a glass of wine… we really enjoyed that Sunday evening - thank you so much for giving us the great experience.

Pretty place to stay great location lovely breakfast would stay there again.

All was good this time but they do have some small bedrooms which don't suit us with small bathrooms so request one of the more spacious rooms when you book unless you don't mind a smaller room.

Perfect breakfast -  absolutely delicious scrambled egg done to a tee, field mushrooms beautifully cooked. Great location for the South West Coast Path

Could perhaps have done with more fruit and granola at breakfast Rooms were a little on the small side, but refurbished and perfectly adequate for what we needed
