Penryn House Hotel

Last minute work trip stop and thehotel was perfect, beautiful town (wasn’t expecting it) - will definitely be back outside of work hours to explore more

It was a great Location, to get around. Nice and quiet and a friendly place to go to. Wicked food and a wonderful place to definitely go and see. The son Josh was a friendly nice gentleman and the dad that had cooked us breakfast. Very friendly and nice people'. It was my first time going to Cornwall. Met a lot of friendly people.

Parking was a very tight squeeze, if there are other cars parked, makes it difficult to park. Definitely, not suitable for disabled, or elderly who has difficulty trying to get up 2 flights of stairs. Plus if I had to reverse a little bit back, to help my mum get in the car, to be asked buy the women who owns the property, to explain why I had to reverse in the first place. To then get ignored after breakfast, after owe stay. It felt like that me and my mum was getting watched from the property, buy the security cameras. When I did manage to park up, with out to many cars at the property. I parked up at my space that I thought was my room hotel space number to be told that I was taking up 2 car spaces in my small nissa micra. When I only parked in my space I had parked 2 days ago with out no complaints. I been in many nice places before and never had this experience before.i was also chatting to someone when I had parked up, that they also had issues parking up at the property. If you got a big car and its packed in the car park definitely hard to reverse or get out of a tight squeeze.

A wonderful family run hotel with an outstanding breakfast, easily 10/10. The ingredients were clearly top quality, and I genuinely looked forward to breakfast every day. The location is perfect and it’s great that you can park on site. The family went above and beyond to make us and our dog feel welcome. They came across as genuinely kind and caring people. Thank you for making our stay so memorable!
