It’s easy to allocate

I don’t like the upstairs.

The rooms and bathroom is very nicea.

There was no parking, was told to stop in front of reception, then someone asked around who stopped here like an idiot. Secondly coming back to Novus to take a warm shower around 18:30 - No hot water. Then was told that they forgot to switch on the geysers. At 21:30 STILL NO HOT WATER (Redicilous) had to drive to someone just to shower. But no discount was given. Not very nice to get this experience since I was traveling all the way from Limpopo.

There was no hand soap or bathroom spray in the bathroom. Visible mold in shower

Due loadshedding there was a black out. And poor communication with the stuff for notifying there is no backup equipment.

The lady was very friendly, even though the area did not have water, she made sure that we had it enough

I would like, them to cater according to the number of guests. There were 3 of us, however cups and towels were for 2 people.

Clean with very nice shower in the bathroom. Very good if your intention is not to spend a lot of time in the guesthouse

Not set up for a longer stay with garden or facilities
