Ich war zuerst skeptisch ob die durchweg sehr guten Bewertungen wirklich stimmen können aber sie tun es. Marta ist eine so reizende Gastgeberin mit Leib und Seele. Sie war stets darauf bedacht, dass es uns rundum gut geht und zauberte morgens ein tolles Frühstück. Wir sind sehr froh, dass wir Marta kennenlernen durften.

La gentilezza e le attenzioni di Marta. Sin da prima del mio arrivo, mi ha contattato per chiedermi se avessi qualche particolare necessità. Poiché dovevo prendere un autobus di mattina presto, mi ha personalmente preparato la colazione alle 06:15 e poi con la sua macchina mi ha lasciato alla fermata. Quando tornerò a Randazzo sicuramente lo farò presso la sua struttura. Grazie Marta.

Casa don Vicenzo worked perfectly for our four day stay in Randazzo. Its location on a quiet street with easy parking was ideal: a short walk to the restaurants in the centre but avoiding the maze of narrow streets there. We had a sunny terrace with a nice view out towards the surrounding hills. The room was large, comfortable and well equipped, with a fridge, kettle, and coffee maker. The bathroom was similar spacious with an excellent shower. Above all, Marta was a genuinely wonderful host, as highlighted by many previous reviewers. She could not have been more welcoming, more helpful (her restaurant recommendations were excellent) or more responsive to individual guests. Marta realised that we enjoyed fresh fruit for breakfast and clearly went out of her way to make sure we had a great selection of different fruit every day, alongside her generous buffet. Other guests were cared for in a similar way. As I wrote that I realised that ‘care’ is a key word here: we felt that Marta cared about us as her guests, not just customers. I can’t write a higher recommendation than that. For us, Marta and Casa don Vicenzo has set a new standard for what a 10 means in booking.com reviews.

Marta est extrêmement gentille et très attentionnée. Nous avons été très bien reçus. Le logement est super, très bien placé et la chambre est spacieuse et très propre. Le petit-déjeuner est très bon et très copieux. Nous y retournons avec plaisir.

Bon que dire... Marta est une hôte exceptionnelle. Dès notre arrivée, nous avons eu l'impression de faire partie de sa famille. Son logement est d'une propreté que je n'avais jamais vu ailleurs, et toutes les petites attentions dans la chambres sont super ! Et concernant le petit déjeuner, c'était incroyable, tellement varié et copieux ! Merci pour la découverte du fameux couscous brésilien, j'ai adoré ! Nous conseillerons cette adresse à tout le monde dans notre entourage. Merci Marta, restez la belle personne que vous êtes (et j'espère que vous atteindrez la notre de 10/10 !)

Tres bon emplacement, notre chambre etait bien spacieuse offrant un balcon avec une belle vue sur le payasage. Le petit-déjeuner est copieux et délicieux ! Marta et Saro sont aux petits soins avec leurs clients et sont tout à fait charmants. Nous conseillons vivement.

Marta greeted us immediately very warmly and with a limoncello! I had fallen earlier when hiking on Etna and asked Marta where we could find the pharmacy. Instead she went and grabbed her first aid kit and fixed up my injury with disinfectant, antibacterial cream and bandaid! I wonder if she was once a nurse! The room was very comfortable. We had the room with the balcony and it was perfect to sit and relax on after a busy day. Breakfast the next morning was large and delicious. It wasn’t just sweet but included perfect scrambled eggs, meat, cheese and fruit. And of course traditional pastries and cake. You can park right outside the house and the short walk into the centre of Randazzo is beautiful, passing churches and traditional houses mostly made from lava stone. I would not hesitate to recommend Casa Don Vicenzo. Everything was perfect!
