"pésima"

Alojamiento sin ningún mantenimiento , falta de limpieza, colchones, almohadas, ropa de cama y de baño hiper utilizada. La reserva era para 3 personas y habían 2 toallas pequeñas (no se puede solicitar en recepción más porque no había nadie). La habitación disponía en sus paredes de los mosquitos aplastados de otras días, meses... Zonas comunes con mobiliario de desecho y sin limpieza al igual que el comedor para los desayunos. Teníamos reservada tres noches y pasamos solo una. Al mail que envié a la dirección del hostal solicitando una devolución de parte del dinero aún no he recibido respuesta. Una mala experiencia que si hubiera leído las reseñas no me hubiera ocurrido. No sé como la tienen en la plataforma con las reseñas que tiene este establecimiento.
