AUGood location, very close to shops, restaurants and cafes.
Toilet leaked on floor and stank, not a very nice smell at all. Other guests ate our food in the fridge which was food for our 5yr old boy.

Some places with shared bathrooms manage wot have a bit of privacy, unfortunately this was not one of them. There are certain things you do not want to hear when you’re brushing your teeth if you know what I mean. I only stayed 1/4 nights as the lack of privacy with the bathroom situation was a bit much for me and the hotel declined my request to change dates. It’s still a decent clean stop in Semporna though.

Nothing to be honest. Probably they need to change their microwave as it was not heating things properly. Otherwise all has been great.
SGFuss free stay for 1 nite transit to Semporna island ( abt 10 mins ride to jetty). Staff was accomodating. We can tag to their airport transfer after booking expires.
Had difficulty opening the room lock but staff was there to assist. Drop fall for toilet door on ground floor is high so my mom on mobility aid see this as an obstacle. Otherwise all is good.
GBGood location for joining a trip to Mabul island the next morning. The bunk beds (twin room) were large and comfortable with good AC.
The noise from the communal space does carry into the rooms. The hostel was quiet when we were there however if busy this could be off putting.
