Limited parking available on site (12 spaces), must be pre booked with hotel in advance, at a cost of GBP 7 per day Guests must leave a set of car keys at reception. No extra beds can be accommodated in any rooms and travel cots are not supplied. All rooms are located on upper floors. Breakfast is served between 8:00 and 9:30 and evening meals are served between 18:00 and 19:00. Guests must contact the property in advance to request an evening meal.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A deposit may be required at the property.

"Disappointing, but ok as we only stopped two nights."

Ive been many times before and have loved it- friendly staff clean and comfortable

The shower was a dribble at best. The water was a problem. The TV didn’t work very well and it was at the side of the bed high up - a terrible place to put a TV. To be fair we didn’t complain but they must have known about the water and the tv and nothing had been done.

"Great location for seafront and wonderful people"

Staff were wonderful and location is great for going into the seafront.

There was no internet on the second floor and the room we were jn the TV did not work on any channels. Bathroom was ok but shower was over bath and small as well as hard to keep a consistent heat.
