Limited parking available on site (12 spaces), must be pre booked with hotel in advance, at a cost of GBP 7 per day Guests must leave a set of car keys at reception. No extra beds can be accommodated in any rooms and travel cots are not supplied. All rooms are located on upper floors. Breakfast is served between 8:00 and 9:30 and evening meals are served between 18:00 and 19:00. Guests must contact the property in advance to request an evening meal.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. For £10 breakfast was absolutely spot on. Staff friendly and welcoming. Good secure parking at the back for my Scooter. Bar area lovely. Room lovely and clean.

IF im being really really really picky then one of the cushions in the room had a stain on it.but honestly its like a 0.5 off the score out of 10. As I didn't book till nearly last minute it was quite expensive at £240 for two nights excluding brekkie, but thats really my fault for leaving it so late with a big event on over the weekend in Skeggy. Was also gutted as had to head back home after just one night due to a family emergency.

The decor and location

The chefs shouting and swearing on the kitchen and we was able to hear it while having our breakfast and the shower was awful no power and barely any water came from it

So central to all amenities with everything on the doorstep. Friendly and helpful staff and a lovely atmosphere, as well as looking fab inside. Room was clean and tidy, with everything you need, even a delicious hot chocolate to top our night off 😊 We'll absolutely be back!

Only thing was entirely our own fault and made us properly laugh for ages. After going up and down the stairs twice - 2nd floor and am 9weeks post total hip replacement, hub went to go in the wrong door and we discovered the lift! 🤣🙃🤣
