"Exceptional"

The location is very handy for the town and the beach, Kathleen is very friendly and welcoming, there is plenty to eat at breakfast. I had to leave a day earlier than planned due to personal reasons, left without saying so, Kathleen very kindly phoned to see if everything was ok and offered me a free night next time if I stayed again. Excellent service.

Only the weather, although lt would be a little harsh to hold the Fairfax responsible for that!

Breakfast could not have had any better choices, there was something for everyone. The lady cooked what ever you asked for and plenty of toast was available .

There was nothing about this place what we did not like .

First time staying here very impressed with accomadation lovely clean tidy room was lovely breakfast lots of choice friendly staff nothing is too much trouble Melanie made us feel..welcome booked for September and November next year wil. Absolutely fabulous location, beautiful guest house, rooms were immaculate and plenty of space. Kathleen made us feel like friends as soon as we arrived. Early check in at 12 unlike any other guest houses. Breakfast was outstanding, such a huge choice and it was hot and plentiful. Plenty of free parking and all amenities close by. Town centre and beach within walking distance of 5 mins. Pet friendly and nothing is too much trouble
