Great location, beautiful view, clean

The air conditioning was not functioning properly and it was incredibly hot. Second night was a little better but still uncomfortable. We asked for a partial refund but did not receive one.

The View was by far the most amazing thing that this accomodation has to offer, but it was not the only thing that made our vacation perfect. The staff was very kind, very helpful and they made sure we had everything we needed. They cleaned the room daily and we even got the chance to have breakfast at the hotel nearby.

The air conditioning did not work properly. Could not even use balcony that we paid for or enjoy the view because of aircon. The front entrance to the apartment and lift was so hot that I was dripping in sweat by the time I arrived inside apartment. To get anything sorted you had to walk up the road to the hotel and they seemed bothered to help. Breakfast was bad. Fruit and vegetables looked 2 weeks old. I saw a customer vomit near the pastry table and staff mopped it up with water did not even disinfect….yuck
